Custom Embroidery
Premium commercial embroidery on polos, hats, jackets, bags, and uniforms. Sharp thread logo work for businesses, teams, and brands across California.
Custom embroidery remains the gold standard for professional business branding -- and for good reason. An embroidered logo communicates quality, permanence, and attention to detail that printed alternatives simply cannot replicate. At Uneak Creations in California, our commercial multi-head embroidery machines produce crisp, tight stitching on polos, dress shirts, jackets, hats, tote bags, backpacks, and more.
Why Embroidery for Your California Business?
Embroidery is the preferred choice for company uniforms, workwear, and branded apparel because:
- It lasts for the life of the garment: Unlike printed designs that can crack or peel, embroidered logos are stitched into the fabric and will outlast the garment itself.
- It survives industrial laundering: If your team washes uniforms in hot water or commercial machines, embroidery holds up where prints fail.
- It elevates brand perception: Customers and clients perceive embroidered logos as more professional and higher quality than screened or vinyl alternatives.
- It works on structured garments: Polos, dress shirts, and jackets look polished with embroidery. Hats and caps require embroidery -- DTF does not work on structured crowns.
What Can Be Embroidered?
We embroider on virtually any structured garment, including polo shirts, button-down work shirts, dress shirts, fleece jackets, softshell jackets, hoodies, baseball caps, trucker hats, beanies, tote bags, backpacks, aprons, towels, and patches. We source blanks from top brands including Nike, Under Armour, Port Authority, Carhartt, and Dickies.
Custom Embroidery for Company Uniforms in California
Uneak Creations specializes in complete uniform programs for California businesses -- restaurants, hotels, construction companies, retail stores, healthcare clinics, and corporate offices. We handle everything from logo digitizing (converting your artwork into a stitch file) to garment sourcing, embroidery, and delivery, all in one place.
How Does Logo Digitizing Work?
Before your logo can be embroidered, it must be converted into a stitch file format (.dst, .pes, or similar) by a digitizing technician. Our team digitizes logos in-house. You provide your artwork (AI, PDF, or high-res PNG) and we handle the digitizing -- included free with qualifying orders. The digitized file is yours to keep for future reorders.
Minimum Orders for Embroidery
Embroidery minimums vary by garment and stitch count. For most logo orders on polos or caps, minimums start at 6-12 pieces. Complex multi-location designs may require higher quantities. Contact us for an exact quote.
Frequently Asked Questions
DTF stands for Direct-to-Film. Your design is printed onto a special PET film using CMYK inks plus a white underbase, then an adhesive powder is applied and cured. The completed transfer is heat-pressed onto the garment at around 325 degrees for 10-15 seconds, bonding the design permanently to the fabric. The result is a full-color, soft, flexible print that works on virtually any material -- cotton, polyester, blends, nylon, and more.
For DTF printing, there is NO minimum order -- you can order a single piece if needed, and the pricing is still fair. UV DTF printing on hard surfaces also has no minimum. For custom embroidery, minimums typically start at 6-12 pieces depending on the garment and stitch count. For company uniform programs, we recommend a minimum of 12-24 pieces per style to make the program cost-effective. Contact us and we will give you exact pricing for your specific quantity.
Our standard production turnaround is 5-7 business days from artwork approval. Rush orders are available in 2-3 business days for an additional rush fee -- ideal for last-minute events, gifts, or uniform needs. Large orders (500+ pieces) or complex projects may require additional time. We will always give you a realistic timeline upfront when you request a quote so you can plan accordingly.
A properly applied DTF print will last 50+ wash cycles without cracking, peeling, or significant fading. To maximize longevity: wash in cold water, turn garments inside out, avoid bleach, and tumble dry on low or hang to dry. DTF prints that peel prematurely are usually the result of incorrect heat press temperature, pressure, or time -- something we control carefully in our production process. We guarantee the quality of every print we produce.
